We went all together to Daresbury for a meeting with my PiMS colleagues. Louisa got a bit of fever there. We stayed in a nice hotel close to work. I expressed some milk for Alan to give to Louisa while I was away. All worked fine.
We then went to Lancaster to spend the week-end with Ignacio, a friend of Alan from Rio de Janeiro. We walked on the nice windy flat beaches over there, and visited the castle that is currently a prison and a tribunal. We really had a great time together and we really hope to see him in Cambridge soon.
That Sunday was my first Mum’s day ๐
