We went to see Helen for a routine check for Louisa. She did many manipulations on Louisa’s head and back to improve her equilibrium and general health. This time it was a bit more tricky to keep her calm when Helen was operating on her!
We took the chance to be downtown to do some Christmas shopping before going to France.
