We were really happy to catch up with Antonio. He bought a really nice little clothe for Louisa. We spent a fair amount of time chatting about his new flat and our new little one around a cup of tea, cakes and sweets. We hope to see him again soon!

Matt & Marcelle came over for an afternoon tea and they brought lovely gifts to Louisa and great baklava pastries. Later we went for a wonderful dinner at Mel & Archna’s place with our little one. Sonia & Giuseppe were also there. We spent a really nice evening.
Pierre, Catherine & Nicolas came to visit us and to see Louisa. They brought nice food, lovely presents for Louisa and we really spend a great time with them around. Thanks also to Melanie who couldn’t come, for the cute little dress ๐

We went back to the hospital, in the Lady Marie Ward, to have my blood taken for a test exactly 3 days after the injection of the anti-D to see if I still have some antibodies. The results are going to be available tomorrow on Monday afternoon.
It was great to spend this first night at home together. One of our community midwife came to check if everything was fine. She advised me to use lanolin cream for my sore nipples and explain me other breastfeeding positions. Her next visit will be next Monday as everything was fine. We returned to the […]
